Hello mate.

First of all and I must be clear, you're asking for a critique so, don't take me wrong ok on my comments (critiques).
Some of the things I might say you can consider as "his Personal Taste" and do please be aware that you are an Artist, this meaning that whoever shows up saying A, B or C doesn't matter, what does matter is what do you think and feel about your work...simple as that.

I like the full image, the setting out, her pose, the background, lighting and colors.

Just as small critique mate, and like I said, don't take it wrong a Truck is never clean, and quite rarely you see a clean one on the road, If you want to give more impact to the image itself adding some oil marks or even dirty tyres that would improve the impact of your image according to reality.

If you want the image to look like a studio photo-shoot then try to add chrome (mirrored) material to certain parts of the truck. I'm not a truck driver BUT one thing I know they're very proud of their ride...
